It covers passengers, people making bookings, visitors, driver applicants, participating drivers, vehicle and fleet partners, and people contacting us for a business or organization. If you book for someone else, you must be authorized to provide their information and make this policy available to them.
Full card numbers and security codes are generally handled directly by our payment processor. We do not intentionally store them unless necessary and legally permitted for a transaction or dispute.
A third-party screening provider may process information under its own privacy policy.
Where necessary, we may process precise location, driver-license or government ID numbers, financial information, or account-verification information only for service delivery, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other legally permitted purposes. We do not use facial recognition or other biometric identification without separate express consent and required notice.
We do not sell personal information solely in exchange for money. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes below.
The provider assigned to a trip may receive the passenger name, contact details, pickup and drop-off points, flight details, group and luggage size, and reasonable service needs. They may use this information only to provide and support the trip.
These providers may process information only under their contracts, our instructions, and applicable law.
Some privacy laws may treat transfers through analytics or advertising cookies as “sharing.” Where required, we provide a way to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and honor a legally valid browser-based opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or incidents, protect people and rights, handle insurance claims, or support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or bankruptcy under appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
When you provide contact details and make any required selection or consent, we may send booking confirmations, one-time codes, driver and vehicle details, trip or flight updates, pickup reminders, customer-support and safety notices, and marketing messages you have agreed to receive.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, our contracts, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the service relationship; order, refund, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory needs; complaint or dispute periods; security and fraud-prevention needs; and the nature and sensitivity of the information.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it unless law requires continued retention.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size of our operations, including access controls, authentication, transmission protection, monitoring, and employee and provider management.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your password and devices and tell us promptly about suspicious activity. If a security incident requires notice, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by law.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the rights below.
Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify your identity and, for an authorized agent, request proof of authority. Legal exceptions may require us to keep or use information to complete a trip, process payment, comply with tax or insurance rules, prevent fraud, or handle a dispute.
This section applies only when a relevant state privacy law applies to Dragon Byte Design Inc. and the processing at issue. Eligible consumers may request access, correction, or deletion and may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising as those terms are legally defined.
We do not unlawfully discriminate against consumers for exercising privacy rights. If we engage in legally defined sale or sharing, we will provide a clear opt-out and recognize Global Privacy Control where required. Nothing in this policy means a particular state law necessarily applies to us.
Accounts, bookings, and driver applications are intended for adults age 18 or older. A minor may ride as a passenger when a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult makes the reservation. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through the website. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization.
Our site may link to payment providers, maps, social media, and other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control their practices. Review the applicable policy before leaving our site or using a third-party feature.
