Start with the airport, not just “New York”

When booking, enter the exact airport and the address where the passenger will stay. A hotel name alone may be ambiguous, so select the complete verified address whenever possible.

Leave room for real travel conditions
Immigration, baggage collection, weather and New York traffic can all affect timing. If the arrival connects to a cruise, train, meeting or another time-sensitive plan, add a practical buffer instead of treating an estimated drive time as a guarantee.
